Soundview 5K
Join us for the exhilarating third annual Soundview 5K! Lace up your running shoes and experience a scenic route filled with enthusiasm and community spirit. Whether you're a seasoned runner or new to the 5K scene, this event promises a fun-filled morning for all ages and fitness levels. Get ready to jog, walk, or run alongside fellow participants as we promote health, wellness, and camaraderie within our vibrant community. Don't miss the opportunity to be a part of this exciting 5k race on April 13th at Soundview Park at 10am!
Course Description: The paved course is flat and fast, with one hell of a hairpin turn! You'll run through an urban green space with playgrounds, soccer & baseball fields, and an amphitheater. Oh, and you'll also run along the Bronx River!
Awards & Prizes
The prize money for top overall (m/f) to be determined. The top three in each age-group category (m/f) will receive Lloyd's World Famous Carrot Cake!
Age groups will be separated into
17-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
Additional Race Info
Race Location: The meet up location for the event will be at Soundview Park next to the track.
Giveaways: Shirts and Medals will available for early registrants.
Bib & Shirt Pickup: Will be on race day starting at 8:30 am.
Bag Check will be available.
